Brand Trust has become just as important as differentiating your business to stand out from competitors, with highly trusted brands seeing stronger growth over time.

Appropriate and relevant streams to reach your target audience helps to gain trust within the multichannel world we live in. Social media has been found to have the lowest level of trust among consumers, with brand reputations easily damaged in the consumers eyes when information sharing between channels is ineffective and confusing.

However, not only is it important to recognise how to gain trust but how easily it can be lost. 9 out of 10 consumers said they would change supplier if they lost trust, over half saying it would be an immediate change.

These impressions can come from any channel today, social media posts are great for impressions having photos that capture people attention. However, it is important to back up social streams with others such as newsletters, in-person events and also having people  using or even wearing your logo!

For those with smaller budgets, it can be challenging to decide how to reach your audience within your means while also having a lasting impact.

Promotional gifts are a great way to get people to remember you, not only is your logo seen by the person who owns the item, but also by anyone who they come into contact with.
