Objectives:
To deliver a medical emergency box for EpiPen (after normal Chinese channels proved unsuccessful) within 6 weeks over the Christmas holiday period.
Solution:
Having looked at myriad of options including existing first aid kits, and construction from many material, we deducted that injection moulded plastic would be the best option. This method would allow us to produce the box in the wipe correct vibrant yellow, be easy to wipe down, be lightweight and yet strong.
After looking at solutions worldwide, the best solution for cost and time was a UK supplier who developed a mould allowing the main storage area to stack, with the doors and shelves packed separately to save on freight costs.
Results:
We delivered the boxes on time and within budget.

Objectives:
To target potential All Ne Hilux drivers with a useful gift that would convey the hardworking nature of the Ute.
The gift needed to be of a size, weight and dimensions to keep mailing costs down.
Solution:
Whilst many items suitable for “hands on” tradies were discussed and considered, the overwhelming choice was a pair of tough gloves, however it seemed unlikely that these would fit in mailing pack only 20mm deep. So the solution was to vacuum pack these so that they would fit.
Results:
The Toyota reps all participated in this brilliant idea which had thousands being produced.
They were all despatched on time, and within expected costs just as vital they did not exceed the mailing budget.

Objectives:
To develop a unique card each Christmas specially for MasterCard to send to influential leaders within banks and finance companies.
Solution:
Three great cut through Christmas themed cards in custom envelopes that could be easily mailed:
– Pine scented to evoke the aroma of Christmas spurge
– Seed embedded card that could be planted
– Pop up 3D snow globe
Results:
Each card ensured that the MasterCard representative reached their contacts during this busy period.
Anecdotally these cards have been retained and continue to be a reminder of the ECO philosophy of MasterCard.
Flourish mastered the use of aroma so successfully that they received an award for the olfactory card.

To drive hayfever sufferers to a Telfast Facebook page and increase the Telfast social media community
Solution:
Hankies with original artwork were mailed to consumers who interacted with the Facebook promotion, then if they posted a photo of themselves using the hanky, they were entered in a draw for a major prize.
Results:
An initial 4,000 hankies were produced and were expected to last 2 months.
The response was so rapid that within 2 weeks we needed to produce more.

To help Camp Quality engage their volunteers with consistently branded merchandise.
Solution:
A simple purchasing website developed by Flourish allowed 2,500 volunteers to easily order approved merchandise.
Results:
This solution ensured that the correct Camp Quality logo appeared on all volunteer merchandise. Engaging volunteers in research to choose the most popular items for the site, made them feel part of the process and ensured their engagement.

Objective:
To entice as many CEO’s & CFO’s at leading superannuation funds to visit the Mercer Trade Stand and learn about their new longevity product.
Solution:
Develop a beautiful Jarrah wood hexagonal block or key representing the Mercer logo. Each block was engraved with a unique code, hand painted and sent out in a custom made mailing box.
Results:
100% of the blocks reached the targeted recipients and an incredible 25% of them visited the Mercer stand, resulting in 15 major super funds and corporations signing up to the programme.
