Objectives:
To engage with politicians on a one to one basis so they understand the importance of pharmacies within local communities.
Solution:
A unique folding video mailer in the shape of the Pharmacy Guild Cross was developed to ensure that the 300 time poor Politicians received, opened and interacted with the message from the Pharmacy Guild.
Results:
We know that the video mailers were opened and viewed as several MP’s wrote to or called the Pharmacy Guild to confirm their support.

Objectives:
To develop and produce a product that would represent the infusing of new values within the business as they took on a new name.
Solution:
The tea theme was created as the perfect vehicle to carry the infusing values program. Custom tea bags (C.A.R.E), wooden tea chest, mug and USB (pre-loaded with infusing value videos for Managers).
Results:
100% of the intended stakeholders participated in the name change and the infusing program.

Objectives:
To compete against other male snacks such as chips, chocolate bars & doughnuts in the difficult to reach market of “blokes” aged 18-30.
Solution:
As Maxibons (& all ice creams) melt, we turned to the same thing our target audience uses to keep things cold – the esky /cooler box.
We designed and produced the world’s smallest esky/cooler box – just large enough to take two Maxibons. Leo Burnett developed a perfect social media campaign encouraging the target market to take photos of themselves eating a Maxibon & post them on the Maxibon facebook or twitter page.
Results:
Hundreds bought Maxibon ice creams, increasing sales. Over 2,000 campaign photos were posted online which also increased the online activity for the brand. Most importantly Maxibon is now seen as a genuine snacking alternative.

To reach new readers for the Rowland Sinclair Mystery Series of books, create excitement for booksellers, secure orders and increase store visibility. Give a unique item to high profile media and reviewers to keep the launch top of mind during the busy pre-Christmas sales period.
Solution:
A Magnetic Story Set that could easily be packaged with the book was developed as an exclusive Gift With Purchase.
Results:
170 leading edge members and 70 local independent bookstores took up the offer. Initial orders showed a 68% increase on the previous title and 48% on sales of other titles.

Solution:
A unique trade stand that worked on the latest RAW CASE studies with a Sushi Bar.
Results:
This cost effective stand ensured that over 1,000 GPs stopped and discussed the latest information about Schizophrenia which can be a very dry topic!

Objectives:
To reach cat and dog owners through Vet Clinics – the point of distribution for this product.
Solution:
A heart shaped set of mailers and printed materials informed Vets of the program to give a gift with purchase (GWP) to their clients. The revolution brand was reiterated in a range of heart shaped items including dog beds, cat mats, beanbags and pet bowls.
Results:
Over 1,400 Vets participated, increasing sales substantially and offering the perfect GWP.

T-Qual 'Tick' Launch Pack
Objectives:
To develop a pack fit for the launch of an important accreditation program to travel groups – with only 14 days lead time.
Solution:
Flourish developed an environmentally friendly pack of items sourced or made locally.
Results:
The satchel made from recycled plastic was retained for sorting T-Qual information and other elements from the conference. Other items in the pack were a pen, note pad, mints and mouse mat. The Government were thrilled with the local production and the rapid turnaround.

A cut through direct mail piece using over 1 million candles!

“One Hundred Candles” was sent to around 10,000 GPs and over 20% responded.

Objectives:
When Bayer were launching Elevit, their key objective was to educate Nurses & GPs, especially those in IVF clinics, about their new pregnancy supplement and to let them know that they could order directly (which was not the usual process for products in this area).
Solution:
The client originally asked for a mug that could be used by their team during morning tea meetings. We suggested a unique tangible marketing item created specifically for them “The Pregnant Mug”.
Results:
The pregnant mug was actively requested and retained and it became a talking point. Over 70% of IVF clinics now purchase direct, which has ensured that the product quickly reached the market. Not surprisingly with this response several repeat order have occurred.

Objectives:
Reach time poor farmers, who generally can’t leave farms to attend conferences or education events, with news of a new product that offers superior results in sheep dipping.
Solution:
To take the news to the farmer in a unique fashion. Box trailers which could easily be towed behind the Reps 4×4 vehicles were engineered to take an 8 burner BBQ, a canopy, meat storage (cooler box) and branded caps and bottles to allow reps to hold intimate educate sessions on the farms.
Results:
Sales of the new sheep dip were higher than expected, especially because the brand was remembered when the farmers placed orders.

Solution:
Lawyers are often regarded as ‘sharks’ so we thought we’d make the most of this pun!

3,000 sharks proved very popular with potential and current clients; the item was retained ensuring that the Gilbert & Tobin lawyers name was in front of their contacts when required.
