When InvoCare rebranded, they needed more than just a name change—they needed a meaningful way to introduce and embed their new company values. Flourish created a warm, memorable internal campaign that blended symbolism, function and education.

Objective

To develop and produce a product that would represent the infusion of new values within the business as they adopted a new name and identity.

Solution

We brewed up a tea-themed concept as the perfect vehicle to “infuse” the new values into daily workplace life. A beautifully crafted wooden tea chest held branded tea bags, each one representing a different company value under the acronym C.A.R.E. The set was completed with a branded mug—an enduring desk-side reminder—and a USB preloaded with internal training videos to support the rollout.

Results

100% of the intended stakeholders engaged with the values program and name change. The tea sets created a shared experience across the business, helping the message land in a thoughtful and tangible way.
