Objective

DOW wanted to develop a unique incentive award for its employees. The awards were given to employees who have been nominated by their colleagues as having exceeded in their day-to-day roles in one of five categories:

• doing right,
• simply better,
• thinking smart,
• working smart,
• inspiring inclusivity.

Solution

Along with their agency, Emperor Works, we designed a crystal glass star with one of the points of the star being in one of 5 colours that represented different achievements. Each star was packaged in an individual luxury foam inlay box with a larger box capable of all 5 stars, inspiring employees to collect the set and encouraging them to promote and applaud their colleagues for their hard work

Results

DOW were really pleased with the high quality of the stars and confirmed that it has been ‘an excellent’ employee comms piece, which is still creating a buzz around the office.
