When a breakthrough vaccine for Hendra Virus was launched, speed and clarity were critical. Flourish created an informative, easy-to-carry pack that equipped veterinarians in at-risk regions with everything they needed to educate horse owners and administer the vaccine—delivered on time, with impact.

Objective

To reach Veterinarians (Vets), primarily working with horses, in the at-risk areas of NSW and QLD, with news of a ground-breaking vaccine for Hendra Virus.

Solution

A travelling “roadshow” ensured that Vets could easily attend the information sessions. These meetings facilitated the rapid exchange of information about the vaccine. A unique cardboard pack held vital information about the vaccine and information that they could share with horse owners. The whole pack was developed so that it would fit into a calico bag so that Vets could easily carry the pack away with them.

Results

1000 packs were prepared and delivered to the sites within 1 month of the vaccine being available. This ensured that Vets had the vital information they needed to distribute and administer this vaccine promptly.
