The goal was to drive increased uptake of Revolution, a trusted parasite protection product for cats and dogs, by targeting pet owners at the most influential touchpoint—their local vet clinic.
To boost in-clinic recommendations and encourage purchases, the campaign needed to:
Flourish created a distinctive heart-themed campaign to express the love pet owners have for their animals—tying perfectly into Revolution’s mission to protect that bond.
The campaign was anchored by a heart-shaped mailer, sent to vet clinics across the country to explain the GWP program and promote participation. Supporting printed materials made it easy for veterinary teams to display, distribute, and communicate the offer to pet owners.
To extend the theme into tangible, on-brand rewards, we developed a playful and practical range of heart-shaped GWPs:
All items were designed to be functional, brand-relevant, and loved by both pets and their humans.
The results were overwhelmingly positive:
Over 1,400 veterinary clinics participated, helping drive widespread awareness and engagement
The campaign substantially increased sales, thanks to a simple but compelling reward structure
The heart-shaped GWPs were a perfect fit—memorable, useful, and emotionally aligned with both the product and its purpose
