When the Department of Veterans’ Affairs needed to reach more than 60,000 veterans during the 100 Years of ANZAC commemorations, the challenge was clear: create a physical communication piece that bridged the gap to digital resources in a way that was simple, respectful and engaging for an older audience.
To connect veterans nationwide with commemorative events and resources via the ANZAC Portal, despite limited contact details—postal addresses only—and to ensure a user-friendly, tech-enabled experience for a demographic less familiar with digital tools.
Flourish designed a custom ANZAC Webkey—a key-shaped USB device that provided instant, seamless access to the ANZAC Portal when plugged into a computer.

This approach delivered a tangible, tech-enabled solution that honoured tradition while embracing innovation, ensuring veterans could easily navigate commemorative information without frustration.
